Finding my passion in Massage
My massage journey began in 2017, offering relaxing Swedish massage to guests on a yoga retreat. After receiving such positive feedback, I was inspired to study further and turn it into a career, which I soon became passionate about
I trained at the renowned School of Bodywork in Exeter, where I learned to move beyond routine and develop my own unique flow with massage.
As I worked with more clients, I realised how many people were struggling with pain — and I wanted to help them more effectively. This led me to the internationally recognised JING Massage School in Brighton, where I completed a diploma in Clinical and Sports Massage for the treatment of chronic pain and injury. This training deepened my understanding of anatomy and pain conditions and gave me advanced techniques to provide effective relief while still working holistically and therapeutically.
I’ve also trained in Thailand and hope to continue my education in India in the future.
Massage is my passion — I love helping people feel better, both physically and emotionally. I’m always learning, evolving, and exploring new ways to support wellbeing.
I’m also proud to have recently won two awards at The National Massage Championships 2025 — an achievement that truly reflects my dedication to this amazing treatment
